We use the services of the Royal Mail for our deliveries.
For items over £100 we use Royal Mail Special Delivery tracked, signed and fully insured for postage. We have found this to be the safest delivery service in the UK for sending our jewellery.
Items which are £100 or under will be sent via Royal Mail 48 hours tracked and signed postage which is fully insured also.
All orders come with a tracking number so delivery can be followed.
Our orders take 1-2 working days to dispatch. Customers are notified via email for dispatch information.
Currently we deliver to UK locations only, not to PO box addresses however.
Our Returns Policy
We offer a 30 DAYS return policy from the date of your purchases arrival. Please notify within 7 days of return if you would like to return via email.
We also offer an exchange policy also if you would like to change your purchase for something else.
Returns are accepted as long as item is returned in condition arrived.
Resized items or bespoke items specially made cannot be accepted for a return or refund.
If you personalise or resize an item by a third party we would not be able to accept a refund.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns MUST be sent via insured tracked delivery (eg Royal Mail Special Delivery), with the correct value of insurance, payable by customer. We cannot insure against loss of returned parcels to us if an untracked method is used and does not have the adequate level of insurance. Please also ensure, our address is written exactly as above for smooth delivery.
